Your contract for any order is directly with the Vendor that accepts your order, not with Dilivya.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use our Services. By placing an order, you confirm that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate and complete.

3. Orders and Payments

All prices, menu items, and availability are determined by the Vendor.
Payments for all orders are made directly to the restaurant or vendor through their own authorized payment processor.
Dilivya does not collect or process payments on behalf of restaurants unless otherwise stated.
Once an order is confirmed, the restaurant may begin preparing it immediately; therefore, changes or cancellations may not be possible.
If you experience any issue with your payment or order, please contact the restaurant directly for assistance.

4. Pick-Up and Delivery

Vendors may offer pickup, delivery, or dine-in options depending on their own operations.
Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to traffic, weather, or restaurant workload.
Dilivya is not liable for any delays, incomplete orders, or service issues caused by Vendors or third-party delivery partners.

5. Refunds and Disputes

All sales are considered final once confirmed by the Vendor.
Refunds, replacements, or adjustments are handled directly by the restaurant or vendor at their discretion.

For any issues with your order, please contact the restaurant directly using the contact details listed on their store page.

6. AI-Generated Images and Descriptions

Some product images, promotional graphics, or menu representations on Dilivya may be AI-generated or enhanced for illustrative purposes only.
These images may not accurately represent the actual appearance, size, or presentation of the food when received.
Menu descriptions are provided by the restaurant and may vary based on availability or preparation.

7. Vendor Responsibilities

Each Vendor is responsible for:

Maintaining all required food safety, health, and business licenses.
Providing accurate product information, pricing, and allergen disclosures.
Preparing, fulfilling, and delivering customer orders in compliance with local regulations.

Dilivya acts only as a technology platform facilitating these connections and transactions.

8. Limitation of Liability

Dilivya is not responsible for:

The quality, preparation, safety, or accuracy of any restaurant’s menu items.
Errors, delays, or damages arising from orders, delivery, or use of our Site.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dilivya’s total liability for any claim shall not exceed the total amount paid for the order related to the claim.

9. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, images, text, graphics, and software on the Site are owned or licensed by Dilivya and protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws.
